Big Bend Stone Planters operates as a wholesale-only business. Orders are available to licensed businesses, landscape professionals, contractors, and approved buyers. We do not sell to the general public.

Minimum order quantities, pricing, and availability are shared upon inquiry and may vary based on inventory or project scope.

2. Product Availability & Description

All of our planters and garden pieces are handcrafted from natural stone, which means no two are ever exactly alike. Sizes, shapes, and color tones may vary slightly—and that’s part of the beauty.

While we do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions, availability can shift depending on what’s being pulled and shaped at the time. If a specific piece isn’t available, we’ll offer a comparable substitution—but only with your approval.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time, without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders must be placed through direct contact with our team. Once confirmed, payment terms will be shared. We accept major forms of payment (e.g. credit card, ACH, check) based on what is agreed at the time of the order.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery, cancellation of the order, or additional fees.

4. Shipping & Pickup

We offer regional delivery and pick-up options, depending on order size and location. Shipping and handling fees will be confirmed with your quote.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible delivery site. Big Bend Stone Planters is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered or picked up. That said, if there’s an issue with your order—wrong quantity, incorrect items, or damage upon arrival—please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

We’re unable to accept returns for items in good condition or for orders canceled after shipment.
